I am a recruiting expert with 15+ years specializing in the engineering, consulting, and manufacturing industries. I started Kelly Duke Staffing® in 2015 with a simple mission – to connect employers with the best possible candidates. Prior to starting my firm, I worked 10 years for a recruiting firm specializing in the engineering, consulting, and manufacturing industries. My passion for engineering and manufacturing is because: 1) engineers are wicked SMART 2) engineers have a keen sense of humor and 3) engineers are always generous in sharing their wisdom. I love to learn, especially when it comes to science; for example, I read scientific journals for fun and I will listen earnestly when someone one wants to talk tech. Prior to recruiting, I spent 10 years in healthcare administration. Healthcare, the human body, and science are fascinating and when coupled with patients and doctors it’s the perfect storm. Like engineers, I’m captivated by doctors and can talk for days about treatments and procedures.
My enthusiasm for recruiting is because I can identify with my candidates and clients, I know what drives them, what makes them laugh, cry, and I’m fortunate to see them through the many seasons of their lives. I enjoy developing long-lasting relationships which have often spanned more than a decade. Many former candidates often became hiring managers, entrusting me with their team’s search needs.
My motivation everyday is to be a trusted, valued partner to my current and future candidates and clients.

I am from and have lived in Oklahoma most of my life. I live in my childhood home with my husband. My son and daughter have given me four grandchildren who I love seeing and spending time with often. Some of my favorite hobbies include quilting and various hand work.
Throughout my career, I have interacted with and assisted people in fulfilling their needs. My job was to make their life better. Working at Kelly Duke Staffing will allow me to continue helping people reach their goals and meet their needs.
I love helping others and feel it is a privilege to work in an environment where good ethics, integrity and meaningful interaction is not only encouraged but also practiced.
